I'm a new guest — what should I book?
If it's your first visit and you're considering a color change, extensions, or anything significant, a complimentary 15-minute consultation is encouraged — though never required. We'll look at your hair in person, talk through your goal, and book the right service with the right amount of time. Prefer to dive right in? You can always book directly from the menu.
How do extension consultations work?
Extension consultations are 30 minutes and $15. We'll match you to the right method, color-match your hair on the spot, take photos for reference, and walk through pricing for both the install and the maintenance schedule. Hair is ordered after the consultation so the install appointment is dedicated entirely to you.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice on cancellations and reschedules. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service to respect the time held for you and our stylists' schedule.
How long do appointments take?
Cuts run about an hour. Single-process color is around 90 minutes. Highlights and balayage typically run 2.5–3.5 hours depending on density and length. Extension installs are usually a half-day. Your stylist will confirm specifics when you book.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do — gift cards are available in any amount through our Vagaro page or in person at the studio.
