A few quick answers.
I'm a new guest — what should I book?
If it's your first visit and you're considering a color change, extensions, or anything significant, a complimentary 15-minute consultation is encouraged — though never required. We'll look at your hair in person, talk through your goal, and book the right service with the right amount of time. Prefer to dive right in? You can always book directly from the menu.
How do extension consultations work?
Extension consultations are 30 minutes and $15. We'll match you to the right method, color-match your hair on the spot, take photos for reference, and walk through pricing for both the install and the maintenance schedule. Hair is ordered after the consultation so the install appointment is dedicated entirely to you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are charged 50% of the booked service; cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100%. All payments are non-refundable. Read the full cancellation policy.
How long do appointments take?
Cuts run about an hour. Single-process color is around 90 minutes. Highlights and balayage typically run 2.5–3.5 hours depending on density and length. Extension installs are usually a half-day. Your stylist will confirm specifics when you book.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do. Gift cards can be purchased in store at the studio or online through our gift card link.
