Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every appointment reserves time with one of our stylists. When a visit is cancelled late or missed, that time usually cannot be offered to another guest. Thank you for helping us honor the time reserved for you and our stylists.

Cancellation fees

• 48 hours or more before your appointmentNo charge
• Within 48 hours of your appointment50% of the booked service
• Within 24 hours of your appointment, or a no-show100% of the booked service

How to cancel

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. You can cancel or change your appointment from the “Manage appointment” link in your confirmation text or email, by signing in to your client portal, or by calling the salon at (925) 954-7539.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. This applies both to services rendered and to any fees charged under this cancellation policy.
