Welcome to Painted Mane Salon. By booking an appointment, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked online through our booking platform, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for color and extension services.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Text messaging from Painted Mane Salon is opt-in only. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at paintedmaneco.com, by messaging us through Yelp or Google Business Profile, or by calling or texting our salon line at (925) 954-7539. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in, and consent is never a condition of booking or purchase.

Messages you may receive are replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up about a service you asked about, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of text messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• No mobile information, including phone numbers or opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booked service, and cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service. All payments are non-refundable. See our full Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Services and Pricing

Services are customized to each client's hair and consultation, and pricing may vary by stylist and service. Prices quoted at consultation are estimates and may be adjusted based on the work required.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout through our booking platform or in the salon.

Limitation of Liability

Painted Mane Salon provides services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, Painted Mane Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
