Painted Mane Salon sends text messages only to people who have asked us to. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at paintedmaneco.com, by messaging us through Yelp or Google Business Profile, or by calling or texting our salon line. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in, and consent is never a condition of booking or purchase.

If you opt in, we use your mobile number to reply to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, send appointment reminders, and follow up about a service you asked about. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts, and we never message people who have not contacted us first.

We use CallRail, our call tracking and messaging provider, to send and receive these messages on our behalf. CallRail processes this information solely to deliver our messages and does not use it for its own marketing.
